We're located in a quiet neighborhood in Port Hadlock, just a short walk to the water and ten minutes to Port Townsend. The vacation rental units are located in the same house and consist of a 1 BR/1BA Studio on the ground floor and a 2BR/1BA, which occupies the entire second floor. These units have both been fully renovated and are available separately or as an entire 3BR/2BA unit. See details below. See Rates and Policies here.
Port Hadlock is adjacent to Port Townsend, which sits on the end of the Quimper Peninsula surrounded by water and by a rich history. Once known as the major port of entry to the Puget Sound, today Port Townsend is a highly desired destination featuring authentic Victorian charm, contemporary dining, arts and shopping plus a myriad of activities throughout the year. PT plays host to the Wooden Boat Festival, PT Film Festival, the Jazz Festival and many more. Fort Worden, an integral part of the town, offers intimate access to the battlements that once defended passage through the Straight of Juan de Fuca and miles of trails to explore. Port Hadlock is a great jumping off point for day trips not only to Port Townsend, but also to Whidbey Island, Marrowstone Island and the Olympic National Park, home to rain forests, glaciers, beaches and over a million acres of wilderness. The 2 BR / 1 BA
The 2 BR / 1 BA rental unit is on the 2nd floor with a large outdoor deck overlooking the raised bed garden. Inside you'll enter the great room with leather furniture, high ceilings and bamboo floors. The decor is simple, comfortable and restful with an asian touch. The kitchen is large and open and fully equipped. The master bedroom comes with a queen bed with a Posturepedic memory foam mattress and the guest room/office comes with a queen bed with a foam topper. Located on the ground floor, this unit has a separate bedroom and a full bath with a full sized tub. Along with the pots and pans and utensils that you'll need, the studio kitchen is equipped with a 4 burner stove with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender and a small fridge. The Studio has a separate entrance and has very good light and air. Recently renovated with new carpet, paint, tile floors and kitchen, it is fully equipped and furnished with a pillowtop queen bed, dining table for two and a work station. Free Wifi, Laundry. For your GPS: enter 57 East Arden St. Port Hadlock, WA 98339 If you're coming over the Hood Canal Bridge, simply continue on Rt 104 and take a right onto Rt 19 to Port Hadlock. Shortly after the Quimper Bank (time and temperature sign), turn right onto Irondale Rd. Just after the dip, take an angled left onto 7th Street. Go 4 blocks and turn right onto E. Arden St. We're the second house on the left.If you're coming north on Rt 101, turn right onto Rt 20 towards Port Townsend. Turn right at the Shell Station onto 4 Corners Rd. At the end of the road, turn right onto Rhody Drive (Rt 19) and then left onto Irondale Road at Carpet One. Just after the dip, take an angled left onto 7th Street. Go 4 blocks and turn right onto E. Arden St. We're the second house on the left. If you're coming from the Whidbey Island ferry, turn left onto Simms Way after exiting the ferry. Bear left at the light onto Rt 19 (Rhody Drive). Turn left at Carpet One onto Irondale Road. Just after the dip, take an angled left onto 7th Street. Go 4 blocks and turn right onto E. Arden St. We're the second house on the left. If you're coming from Sequim/Port Angeles on Rt 101, turn left onto Rt 20 towards Port Townsend. Turn right at the Shell Station onto 4 Corners Rd.
